Dishit is an Associate Chartered Accountant having qualified in the year 2010; and has more than 10 years of extensive experience
He focusses mainly on Audit, Corporate Finance and the Business Outsourcing vertical. Responsible for managing international client relations and supervising audit teams; he has brought with him globally recognized audit methodologies and best practices
He also specializes in financial advisory services, due diligence, business valuation, feasibility studies and corporate advisory services.
Works closely with startups helping them with strategy, fund raising, compliance and legal support.

Dishit has 10+ years of experience spanning across diverse areas like Early Stage Investing, Equity Research, Strategic Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accountancy, Audit (Statutory and Internal) and Tax
He has vast experience in conducting statutory/internal audit of large clients. He is responsible for coordination, planning, leadership, reporting in connection with the statutory and internal audit with various clients
Prior to BSC, he was a Partner with a four decade old CA firm. It was a boutique setup covering Financial Advisory, Audit, Accountancy and Tax
Previously, he was working with Artha India Ventures (AIV) looking at 60+ portfolio companies, as well as scouting for early stage prospects
Before AIV, Dishit was with Bank of America (BofA) for five years. Started his tenure in Bank of America (BofA) as an Analyst with the M&A team, supporting the U.S., EMEA, and HK onshore teams. In the last two years, he setup the South East Asia offshore Investment Banking vertical, assisting the bankers directly at the Singapore office.
Prior to BofA, he was working with KBS India, a listed Broking House, as an Equity Research Associate
