  • Transaction Advisory, assistance, training of staff and conversion of financials with respect to Ind AS and GAAP principles
  • Corporate Restructuring – Mergers, reverse mergers, De-mergers etc
  • SAP implementation or Transition audit
  • International taxation – Transfer pricing advisory and DTAA analysis

  • Statutory audit of listed as well as unlisted public companies, private limited companies, educational institutions, trusts etc.

  • Well experienced and has handled assignments with an international orientation, enabling clients to adopt the best practices with respect to financial reporting.
  • Has handled various GAAP conversion related work, like conversion of subsidiary accounts from Local GAAP to Indian Accounting standards.
  • Has independently handled SAP4 HANA implementation and transition audit from legacy software to SAP.
